Every offer you were sent, in one queue

Cargo offers arrive as forwarded messages, voice notes and screenshots in group chats. Inco reads them, pulls out the commodity, quantity, price and terms, and puts each one in a queue you answer once.

The review queue, with forwarded offers waiting to be confirmed into records

The offer you missed was in a group chat

A physical commodity desk runs on forwarded messages. An offer lands in a WhatsApp group at eleven at night, three more land on top of it by morning, and the one worth working is the one nobody scrolled back to.

The offers that do get worked are retyped — into a spreadsheet, into an email, into a message to a counterparty. Each retyping is a chance to lose a decimal place in a number somebody is going to trade on.

How it works

  1. 01

Forward it, or connect the group

Send an offer to your desk's address, or map a WhatsApp group once and every offer posted in it arrives on its own.

  2. 02

    It gets read for you

Commodity, grade, quantity, incoterm, price basis, payment terms and the loading window come out as fields. Voice notes are transcribed first.

  3. 03

    You confirm or bin it

Each offer waits in a queue with what was extracted and how confident the extraction was. Confirming it makes it something you can work; binning it takes one click.

Questions

The ones brokers actually ask before they try it.

Does it read voice notes?
Yes. A voice note is transcribed and then read the same way a text offer is, so a forty-second message becomes a set of fields you can check.
What happens when it gets an offer wrong?
Every extraction shows what it read and how sure it was, and nothing enters your book until you confirm it. A low-confidence offer waits in the queue rather than quietly becoming a record.
Will it spot the same cargo arriving twice?
It flags it. The same parcel often circulates through several brokers with the price drifting as it goes, and Inco fingerprints each offer so the second and third arrivals are marked against the first.
Do my counterparties need an account?
No. They send you an offer the way they always have. Nothing about their side changes.
