The desk, answerable in a sentence
Ask who has gone quiet on a cargo, what a deal is worth, or whether an offer has come round before. It answers from your records, and anything it wants to send comes to you as a draft first.

The answer is in the system. Finding it is the work
Which of these thirty recipients read the specification and never replied? Which cargo has been sitting in qualified for a fortnight? Who do we actually know at this refinery? Every one of those is answerable and every one takes four clicks and a filter.
Assistants that act on their own are worse than none. A message sent to a counterparty in your name, that you did not write, is not a productivity feature.
How it works
- 01
Ask in the panel
It sits beside whatever you are looking at. Ask in your own words — it knows the desk's vocabulary and it knows which of your records it is allowed to read.
- 02
See what it looked at
Every answer shows which of your records it read to get there, so you can tell the difference between an answer and a guess.
- 03
Approve anything it wants to do
A follow-up, a task, a new counterparty, a reply to another desk — all of it arrives as a draft with one button. Nothing is sent or created until you press it.
What it connects to
Questions
The ones brokers actually ask before they try it.
- Can it send an email on my behalf?
- No. It writes drafts and puts them in front of you with a button. There is no setting that turns that off, because the guardrail is how it is built rather than a preference.
- Can it see another desk's records?
- No. It is built against your desk and can only read what your own screens already show you. A connected desk's cargo, contacts and prices are not available to it.
- Is my data used to train a model?
- No. Your records are sent to answer your question and are not used for training.
- What happens when it does not know?
- It says so. It is told never to answer a question about a surface it has no tool for, because a confident wrong answer about a counterparty is worse than no answer.
Who this is for
The same capability, described in the words of the desk that uses it.
